Fresh off my epic trip to Austin, inspired by some of the world’s best and most creative BBQ at the Texas Monthly number two rated BBQ spot in Texas, Interstellar, I was inspired to blend together the bold yet approachable flavour of lamb with the zest of Interstellar mustard, the all-new Cowboy Coffee & Ancho seasoning, and the crispy, smokey, little bit sweet crunch of Kellog’s Corn Flake crumbs.

Definitely use as good a thermometer as you can afford. It is important not to overcook the lamb, as it can turn tough fast if you are not careful.
