His name is actually, Master Sushi Chef, the one and only, Hiroyuki Terada, a World-renown and Guinness Book of Record Holder who grew up in Japan.
Some of Chef Hiro-San's global accomplishments are to attempt and do a smack-down vid of micro slices of carrots and/or onions, while BLINDFOLDED, as in rocking the kitchen knife, on YT, with the semi-famous Gordon Ramsay… Has anyone ever heard of this guy/dude, Gordon Ramsay? 😆🤔😆
The "-san" in Japanese means "with honour, dignity, respect… and friendship". My caucasion mother, who is going to be 82 this year, was raised there on the Mission field..
My take, for decades?
We had Toshi's Teriyaki (West Coast, fast-food, yummy, chain restaurant) before you did, neener, neener, neener!
Two parents, 5 kids, tons of rice and veg, with little meat.
What kinds of knives does he use/prefer? Yum! During this lockdown, try some binge watching his older vlogs.
These days? He's off on a tangent. The photographer and voice behind the camera is named Charles Preston, who has his own YT channel.
Most recent? Live catch of a baby caymen.
