  1. OK. . .WHAT I'VE LEARNED IN ALL OF THE BREAAD VIDEOS IS THAT I HAVE NO CHANCE OF EVER BAKING MY OWN BREAD BECAUSE I MUST CUT DOWN ON SODIUM. SO I HAVE NO CHANCE OF EVER BAKING MY OWN. . .FIGURES, I TRY TO DO SOMETHING GOOD FOR MYSELF AND, OF COURSE . . .THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE. I GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. I know it seems blasphemous, but could you add seeds to something like this, to make it more seedy. I have Treacle in for a Gingerbread cupcakes I was going to make. Just need some Yogurt etc, Oat Flour etc.

  3. Delicious. Have made this four different times and use it when I need a quick breakfast accompanied by a piece of fruit. It freezes well, sliced as well as whole. Made it without molasses once and while good, it didn't have that bit of "mystery" tang the molasses brings. Thanks

  4. Gemma,I am going to copy down your Irish oat bread recipe and then make it at home in May of this year after I go buy some ingredients,I have oats, egg, but no other ingredients to make it at home. Can I use a strong blender to make the oats the way that you did in the food processor?I am not sure if I have molasses at home
