  1. Watched this today, went straight out, bought the ingredients and am currently cooking it. I live in the south of England but my grandparents lived in Donegal. Many is the time when I'd go to Dunfanaghy and have the seafood chowder at Arnold's restaurant. This should give it a run for it's money! Thanks for the video Donal, inspiring!
