I'm sure their recipe is really good but we make it like this.
1/2 cup mayonnaise ( dukes)
2 tablespoons buttermilk
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt.
This is just for a small batch.

Thanks for posting this again. A sauce so good it's worth several rewatches. Perhaps the best thing about it is no one in my household likes horseradish. So when I make it, I get to have it all to myself.
You would not think warm/hot mayo would taste good , but it works on this chicken
