  1. If you flip more than once you are doing it wrong and definitely don't have enough bacon on the pan. More bacon means more fat means more grease to fry the bacon in. Perfection 😊

  2. nah man. On sheet trays in the oven at 410 degrees for 20ish minutes. My method is undefeated.

    In your defense, I will say you have to clean the oven more often if you cook bacon often.

  3. I get out my deep cast iron pan and cook twice as much bacon and stir it. The whole pack cooks in one shot. Thinner pieces might break a litte but it deep frys them. So good!
    Edited to add. It barely splatters when you cook it this way. No oil spatter circle on your stove at all.

  4. So I will say, at this point you’re basically deep frying bacon in bacon grease lol, like intrinsically that’s why this works, the grease fills the pan which cooks the bacon at the very top while also separating the layers of bacon from each other
