Fast 24 hours, then the next day start breakfast with ONE hard boiled egg. Then wait until as long as you can maybe 7 o’clock at night eat another egg. You can drink a large glass of milk with each egg. Milk is used immediately. It’s one of the only things that isn’t stored in your body.. after a couple of days you’ll start losing weight like crazy
