    I’m a 35 yo korean woman who’s getting married on dec 15th and I’m so scared of gaining so much weight..

    I used to be very slim about 42kg with 160cm height,
    (that’s normal in South Korea especially where I live ( Seoul Gangnam) )
    All the ladies look like an unrealistic models but now I’m 50kg and that’s alarming ㅠㅠ please help

  2. I just roasted 3 heads last night for tonight's dinner. Question: what's the best way to store the extra two heads I won't be using? Should I remove it all into a paste inside of freezer bags, or just refrigerate the heads, and if so, in what, and how long will it last? Any factual advice is appreciated.

    Preparation:

    Cut the tip of the garlic head. Then, put it in aluminum foil, sprinkle with salt and a dash of olive oil. Bake in 180°C oven for around 40 minutes.

    Simmer the whole head in water for around 10 minutes and squeeze out the garlic.
