Ingredients:
– 4 Cups of Cooked Rotini Pasta
– 4 oz of Green Pepper
– 10 small Cherry Tomatoes cut in half
– 3 oz of Match Stick Carrots
– 2 oz Green Onion
– 3 oz Red Onion
– 7 oz of Mozzarella cubes
– 1 Cup of Italian Dressing
– 1 Cup of Mayo
– Salt and Pepper to taste

This salad looks amazing! You need to mix the mayo and italian dressing to create a sauce. Let the sauce sit in the fridge for 1 hour then stir in. Refrigerate pasta and add more sauce as noodles will absorb the sauce.

I never add mayo because I don't see why. It taste delicious without it to me. I always watch these cooking videos just to learn the basics and I do the rest how I like mine.
