Anyone saying: “these aren’t twice baked biscotti!”: Every other nation calls “cookies” biscuits and have for ages. Biscotti is Italian for “biscuits” which means cookies. She’s saying cookie, not referring to one type of “cookie” which is know as “biscotti” elsewhere. Only Canada and US call them cookies (yes, I know some Canadians may also call them biscuits 💜🍁 ).
How did you get yours to come out so perfect? I used a piping bag but the dough just wouldn’t come out and it was a mess lol, or maybe the dough was too thick I don’t know
