This soft flatbread is perfect for breakfast as a wrap for any filling, sweet or savory! This recipe won’t take long as we use yeast-free dough and don’t need an oven! We no longer buy white bread in the store, it’s easier and faster to make our own.
Bread recipe and ingredients:
300 milliliters warm water (1 1/2 cups)
410 grams flour (3 1/3 cups) + 1 tablespoon for kneading
1 teaspoon sugar (5 grams)
Melt 160 grams of butter
I use a 200 milliliters cup.

Pro tips:- rest the dough for 15 mins with some oiling, and roll using oil instead of flour, and fry with butter or clarified butter.. Thank you..

Not enough butter, why so stingy,thats the flavour. Butter should be soft and smeared on not melted(using foil or glad on your hand as applicator) esepecially if you only going to roll it once.
You could also roll it our again with pin and add more butter thus giving more ,layers anf flakey.

Not recommended as it is all purpose flour. Make it with whole grain flour, it will have fibers and make easy to digest
