Very fat and protein oriented meals. Satisfying, but not for everyone. I often drain beef fat after frying the meat and then add coconut milk or another source of fat along with root veg and some greenery.
This reminds me of a Western version of beef stroganoff. Ground beef instead of sliced beef and potatoes instead of noodles. I can hardly wait to make it…Thanks. Now on to the meat balls….holly cannelloni! They look fantastic! Especially the sauce…again, thanks

I love your recipes and how simple they are. I meal prep for my family as we don't spend much dinner time together, and eating out is getting very expensive. I make a meatball recipe similar to this one and it is a family favorite.
Your technique with the Parsley in the first recipe is amazing. Every time I've tried to prepare Parsley like that…well, let's just say I've scraped better looking stuff from under my lawn mower. Also, I appreciate the tip on onions and meatballs. I made meatballs a couple of weeks ago and had "some difficulty" with them coming apart. My onions were diced much larger. I'll have to try again.
