Chef. u forgot to tell us how to use it. Do we put all of this on the fried fish, or just a couple spoons of the vinegar.
Allspice or pimento seeds look like whole black peppercorns but they are VERY DIFFERENT!!! Jamaicans use allspice/pimento seeds in this recipe NOT peppercorns.

Chef Ricardo , nice video but please pronounce the word " PEPPER" properly . Youtube is not local it is global so you do not want to unintentionally create a language barrier . The word is not " PREPPA " , it is PEPPER or you can say " PEPPA " , please remove the " R" after the " P " DO NOT mispronounce the PATOIS aka PATWAH get it right youth .
