Loved this…. the explanation was clear and superbly done. I've only cooked stewed beef once in my lifetime and that was more than 20 years ago. Needless to say it came out terrible. I was inexperienced and didn't know much about cooking as a teenager. Fast forward to now, my husband is not a fan of beef so the need to cook it isn't there. But, I think I'm gonna try this recipe very soon. Hopefully I'll let u know how it turns out. Thanks again for sharing hun. 😊
