Awesome food! It's really important to use enameled cookware (not aluminum) with this dish because of all the acid!

How much vinegar did Jamie use, the entire bottle (250 ml) or just half (125 ml)?
I just tried this today and it was perfect, best roast ever and couldn't be easier to make.

Can you make this with pork shoulder(who still has bone in it) as well? π Looks really nice!
the balsamic was too acid for my taste and I used only a tablespoon to cook the meat in plus water.please if you like high acid gravy. then go for it . otherwise use your own discretion the rest of the recipe is great.
