This is so yummy, made it this evening, and so easy to make. Small tip.. I reckon a white wine would be great in this.
This recipe is awesome, made it a few times now – satisfying and tasty. Don't be afraid to put a nice big handful of fresh spinach in there, as it will wilt and mix right into the sauce. I also like to stir in a sliced, cooked chicken breast. Also, I just found at my local supermarket a sodium-free condensed cream of mushroom soup (Campbell's makes it), which is better, as it gives you more control of the seasoning (saltiness) of the dish. Cheers!
Look at that pasta. Come on!
Lovely,thank you,can’t wait to try
Thank you Jamie! Doing it tonight without the can though and butter and pasta water instead 🙂
Making this tonight, thank you SO much for the easy recipe, I only have dried Thyme but I Think it will work….thanks again Jamie for a great recipe!
Did you use fresh breadcrumbs or dry ?
Delightful family meal 😋
can you do a video with how to make fresh rice noodles please? You give such amazing instructions, so thanks ahead of your preparing that video. God Bless!
ooh I will try this thanks!
I’ll be making this but adding some brown butter and sage… oh man. I bc annoy wait.
Jamie I recently found your YouTube Tesco and Jamie. I wish we had a TESCO Store here in the US! Love your recipes as I have been trying my best to eat more vegetables. Thank you! 💕
Which soup
Thanks for a great recipe! I've been looking for a different take on my 5.5 year old's beloved mushroom "skettapee" and this is it 😀 love that I can use the can of mushroom soup that's been hiding out in my cupboard too. Just goes to show that you can make a delicious, restaurant-quality meal with cheap store cupboard ingredients! 🍄I don't have fresh or dried thyme sadly, so I'll sub Italian seasoning which does contain thyme. I'm not a big fan of breadcrumbs either so I'll skip those. Will try with American style egg noodles (which look like fusilli pasta). Using Baby Bella and shiitake mushrooms as that's what I happen to have in the fridge! Hopefully my two little girls eat it! 🙏🏽
you could use some ruccola (arugula/rocket salad) aswell
Been using frozen kale a lot more than spinach. Handy for dinner and smoothies during the day.
Omg that looks beautiful
Hell YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was looking for easy with amazing flavors. Well this was it. Thank you for a great recipe. Nice to know someone like you does not mind using a can every now and then.
