===== Ingredients =====
-For dough
Bread Flour 370 g
Honey 2 Tbsp
Active dry yeast 1/2 Tsp
Salt 1/4 Tsp
Warm milk 300 ml
Butter 30 g
===== Recipe =====
Warm water, honey, yeast into bowl and let activate yeast for about 5 minutes.
Put flour, salt into a large bowl and pour yeast mixture.
Mix until all dough come together.
Knead by hand until smooth surface.
Cover dough and keep to warm place(I keep inside of oven. just turn on the light)
Let rise until double in size about 50-60 minutes.
Stretch the dough.
Let it rest for about 15 minutes.
Stretch the dough again & divide the dough into 3 pieces.
Place the dough on baking pan &let it rise until double in size.
After 30-40 minutes.
Preheat oven for 190°C or 375°F.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.

2 tbspn of honey? more like half a bottle for me.
Can this recipe be adapted to use sourdough as the leavening agent?
The recipe on the video and the recipe in the description don't match, so here is a clearer explanation of this video's recipe:
– Heat (microwave) 300 ml whole milk in a microwave safe container for about 30-50 seconds.
– Remove and mix in 2 TBSP honey and 1/2 TSP active dry yeast into warm milk, and let the yeast activate for about 5 minutes.
– Put 370 grams bread flour into a large bowl. Add 1/4 TSP salt. Mix these two dry ingredients together in bowl.
– Pour milk mixture into large bowl of flour.
Mix thoroughly until dough keeps its form.
– Dust your kneading surface with bread flour and knead dough by hand. Knead in 30 grams butter, then roll into ball and lightly dust.
– Cover dough and keep in a warm place (usually inside of oven is fine, just simply turn on the light).
– Let rise until double in size about 50-60 minutes.
– Stretch/massage the dough, lightly dust.
– Let rest for about 15 minutes.
– Stretch the dough again, then divide the dough into 3 ball pieces and lightly dust.
– Place the dough in baking pan, cover and let it rise until double in size about 30-40 minutes.
– Preheat oven for 190°C or 375°F.
– Bake for 30-35 minutes.

Does it really contain honey, I can imagine the taste… Sweet bread with soft textures, yummy.
