Ingredients:

Dough:
– 2.5 cups unbleached bread flour
– 2 Tbsp. dry powdered milk
– 1/4 cup cane sugar
– 1 tsp. salt
– 1 Tbsp. instant yeast
– 1/2 cup whole milk
– 1 large egg
– 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted

Tangzhong Method roux:
– 3 Tbsp. water
– 3 Tbsp. whole milk
– 2 Tbsp. unbleached bread flour
