This Japanese mushroom, spinach, & bacon pasta recipe is so easy to make and full of umami!

1. Sauté 1 clove of diced garlic and 50g bacon in olive oil in low heat.
2. Add 50g spinach, add dash of salt, continue sautéing then remove from pan.
3. Add 50g shimeji & maitake mushrooms, keep sautéing, remove bacon & any remaining spinach.
4. Add 350ml water, 3g bonito soup stock, 3g butter, 100g pasta.
5. Bring to boil, then cook until water has evaporated/cooked to desired softness (6 minutes al dente for pasta used in video). Add additional water if needed.
6. Add 15g butter, 2 tsp soy sauce, mushrooms & bacon from before.
7. Mix it up, serve on plate, add peppers. Enjoy!
