RECIPE:
makes 8 x 160ml / 6 oz cups
Cups from

Jelly layer:
We need 600ml (2 + 1/2 cups) of jelly, please refer to your jelly instructions as it may vary.
I have: 2 x 85g strawberry flavour jelly powder sachets
550ml (2 + 1/4 cups) boiling water to dissolve the jelly powder

Custard layer:
2 heaping tbsp custard powder
2 tbsp sugar
600ml (2 + 1/2 cups) milk

Cream layer:
200ml (3/4 cups + 2 tbsp) whipping cream
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence

For decoration:
fresh strawberries or any other fruits
