Jerk Chicken Mafaldine Rasta Pasta

2-3 Chicken Breast
1 package (17oz) Mafaldine pasta
1 Green bell pepper,diced
1 red bell pepper,diced
2 tbsp, caribbean green seasoning
4 cups, heavy cream
4 tbsps, mild or hot jerk seasoning
½ cup, Parmesan cheese,grated
1 tbsp, garlic powder
2 tsps, mild paprika
1 tsp, sazon seasoning
2 tsps, Caribbean all-purpose seasoning (Grace Brand)
1 tbsp, onion powder
⅛ tsp, black pepper
Salt and pepper taste
Garnish:
1 Tbsp, curly parsley chopped
