* 1- 1/2 Ib Colossal shrimp
* 1/2 pack, penne pasta shells
* 2 Tbsp, olive oil
* 1/2 green bell pepper,sliced
* 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
* 1/2 orange bell pepper, sliced
* 2 stalks, scallions-chopped
* 3 cups,Heavy cream
* 4 Tsp, Jerk seasoning (divided)
* 2 Tbsp green seasoning (divided)
* 2 Tsp, garlic powder ( 1 tsp for the shrimp)
* 2 Tsp, onion powder ( 1 tsp for the shrimp)
* 2 Tsp, paprika powder
* 1 packet, Sazon seasoning
* 1 1/2 Tsp, old bay seasoning ( 1/2 tsp for the shrimp)
* Pinch of black pepper and salt to taste if needed
