Hi, I have been drinking one of your recipes that is drinking a glass of mixture of black of pepper, turmeric, chea seeds, and a pinch of gee oi in hot waterl. An image of my liver shows recently that now I have some cloustral in my hart and a little fat in my leaver , my question is that do you think a little gee oil in the receipt might had contributed to those 2 problems ?, please help me understand what to do improve my health
