    ½ chicken, cut into pieces
    5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    200 ml heavy cream
    2 tbsp crème fraîche (optional)
    1-2 tbsp clarified butter (for frying)
    Salt and pepper (to taste)
    Fresh coriander (for garnish)

    Instructions:
    1️⃣ Prepare the chicken: Cut half a chicken into pieces and season generously with salt and pepper.

    2️⃣ Fry the chicken: Heat clarified butter in a pan. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown on all sides, then transfer them to a baking dish.

    3️⃣ Make the sauce: In the same pan, sauté the finely chopped garlic for a minute. Add 200 ml heavy cream and, if desired, 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche. Stir gently. Lightly season with salt and pepper.

    4️⃣ Bake: Pour the sauce over the chicken in the baking dish. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for approximately 15 minutes.

    5️⃣ Garnish and serve: Sprinkle fresh coriander on top and serve with warm flatbread.
