📃📄📃📄📃INSTRUCTIONS 📃📄📃📄📃📄

1. Start off by grating 2/3 cup of parmesan cheese into a large bowl. Then add 2/3 cup panko style bread crumbs, 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika, 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Give it a thorough mix and set it aside.
2. Now in a separate bowl. Add 2 large eggs along with 1 grated garlic clove. Grab a whisk and whisk the eggs for about 1 minute.
3. Pat the pork dry and dip it into the egg coating. Make sure the entire chop is covered.
4. Then let the extra egg drip off and quickly place it into the panko-Parmesan mixture. Coat the top, bottom, and sides of each pork chop in the breading.
5. Now, preheat your basket air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Once it’s preheated, spread the bottom of the air fryer basket with nonstick spray and place 2 pork chops in at a time. Spray the top of the pork chops and cook for about 10 minutes.
6. Flip the pork chops over and cook for another 8-10 minutes. cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your pork chops. Always check the internal temperature of the meat with a meat thermometer to ensure that it’s properly cooked. Fully cooked pork chops should read at least 145 degrees Fahrenheit. Now serve it over your favorite gravy and enjoy!

  1. Making this tonight for my 90 year old Mom, who is the Queen of Pork Chops. I left out the Parmesan but am doing everything else just as you suggest. It’s easy, looks great and I don’t see how it can go wrong. One thing I did do though is put the Panko in a bag and ran a rolling pin over it a bit. Don’t think Mom’s teeth can handle a super crispy crust but I didn’t make the Panco a powder so it should still be plenty crispy.
Fingers crossed. I’m serving them with Black Beans, Yellow Rice and steams/fried kale & spinach with garlic and a little salt.

  2. Hello Dina I tried your recipe here in Australia today . I Hope you do not mind I tried this experiment . overnight I tried tenderizing four ways .Plain, salt water, baking soda water, Buttermilk and salt just a sprinkled over the top of the chop covered with the buttermilk. best one to try way and above . followed your excellent recipe . BUTTERMILK hands down wow .The others were ok ,but for tenderness, and that's what this was about. With your recipe flavour only the one all cooked at the same time (I have a shelf Air fryer) wonderful ,thank you for sharing *special lady* I am going to give it all a try again soon with chicken thighs .Will keep you posted . Respectful best wishes .Robert x

  3. These were delicious! Thank you! I did find that they were perfect after about 8 minutes, then flipping and cooking for another 3 minutes. Our chops were boneless, and a little thinner than the ones in the video. But so yummy!

  4. I just used your recipe in my air-fryer and my chops came out perfect!. I used boneless pork chops and they came out tender and juicy. I did mine at 400-degrees for 15 minutes because they were inch-thick cuts. Thanks for this video and the recipe.
