5 lbs. chicken thighs
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1/2 Tbsp. dry thyme
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tbsp. dry parsley
1 tbsp. creole seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp. adobo seasoning
tbsp. oil

Bake on 350 for 40-45 minutes

  1. Don’t cut the extra skin/fat off. That shit gets crispy and delicious…. If your skin not crispy give it a blast of high heat under the grill, or broiler (I think) if you American. ❤🇦🇺

  3. Me too❤ made this today with chix thighs I had defrosting. Did make slight change—added cumin because I like it. Cooked in air fryer. 😋 Made seasoning for five pieces but only used on two—just me to eat them, so have more for next pieces.😋

  4. I tried to make this but I must have done something wrong. I didn't have any liquid in the bottom of the baking dish to spoon over the chicken, did you add water or chicken stock to the pan before placing the chicken in to bake? But I'll have to say this was really good chicken even without the liquid!
