chicken mince 500g
1 tsp salt or as needed
1 tsp.chilli flakes
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp crushed coriander
2 pinches carom seeds
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 onion medium (onion should be
squeezed)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp crushed green chilli
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
mint leaves 10-12
coriander chopped as needed
oil for frying
onion, red & green capsicum as needed
salt, black pepper, chilli flakes lemon juice
