  1. The only thing that is missing is her taking a bite of the pork. I dont know why there are so many people out there that cook food but never show us trying it out to show us how good it is, that is what is missing for me, so disappointed. Isnt it the best part of the video…tasting the food that you just cooked.

  2. Nice recipe- but I never use oil. A well heated cast iron skillet, and it makes its own oil. Be careful of spatters- ouch! I cook them about 6-7 min per side. I season usually with Asian spices, or sometimes salt and pepper and hot Hungarian Paprika. It all depends on what I am serving it with.
