  1. i don't get the point of doing it this way. you don't get much crust because only those ridges are coming into contact with the steak, leaving the rest of it that light brown color. Isn't making it on a pan better since you get an even crust rather than thin lines of crust?

  2. Lol traditionally you want the steak in flames it renders the fat and gives the steak a much better crust. I see all these steak videos and they’re not how I would ever cook a steak or want a steak cooked. The first 1/8 of inch is brown and the rest is uncooked. The grill marks looked excellent as well! 😂 I assume he’s like everyone else and just engagement farming with the obviously horribly cooked steak. Even still I won’t ever watch again, cheers
