Tri Tip Steak Recipe

Season with worcestershire sauce and your favorite seasoning, I used my secret all purpose seasoning thats coming out in the coming months 👀.
Cook on a grill on medium heat turning every 3 minutes and flipping every 5-6~ mins until the steak reaches a 125 degree internal temp.
For the chimichurri sauce finely chop a bunch of parsley and add it to a bowl with 3 cloves~ of garlic, salt, oregano, pepper, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and chopped peppers. I used 2 fresno peppers and 1 red jalapeño. For the olive oil and red wine vinegar add in little by little until you reach your desired consistency and flavor.
Let the steak rest for 10 minutes to allow the juices to settle. Resting a steak is key as it keeps all the juices from flowing out when cutting. If you don’t let your steak rest properly, all the juices will run out and you’ll be left with a drier cut of meat.
Slice against the grain, and plate with chimichurri sauce.
