INGREDIENTS:
* 2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
* 1 tablespoon dried oregano
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* Salt & pepper to taste
* ½ cup olive oil
* 2 pounds pork tenderloin

DIRECTIONS:
* Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
* Mix bread crumbs, oregano, garlic powder, salt & pepper and olive oil in a bowl
* Place pork on a shallow cooking pan
* Cover the pork on all sides with the bread crumbs
* Bake for 35-40 mins until the meat thermometer reaches 165°F (75°C)
* Let the pork rest for 10 mins, then cut into ½ inch slices
* Recommend serving with string beans and mashed potatoes
