  2. Fun thing cause where I live you can order the expresso without the beginning "café sem princípio" and they just skip the few seconds where the cream comes out. So people have found out about this for a while now

  3. I gave this a try and was pleasantly surprised. I will be doing this from now on as it indeed does have a massive effect on the taste. After removing the crema, I throw in some MCT oil to increase the thickness/body/creaminess you lose when removing the crema… it's worth giving it a try.
