JwalaMurgi🌋🍗::- Ingredients & Recipe below:
– Marinate 1 kg chicken with 1 top each of salt, black pepper powder, half tosp roasted cumin powder, 1 cup curd and 1 lemon juice. Let it sit for 20 minutes at least.
– Heat 5 tosp oil in a Kadhai and add in 2 tosp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tosp Kashmiri red chilli powder and 3/4th tsp turmeric. Fry on medium high for a minute then add in the marinated chicken. Fry the chicken on medium for 2 minutes then on high for 6 minutes.
– Prepare a smooth paste by blending together 3 strings of curry leaves, handful of mint leaves, handful of coriander leaves with stem, 8-10 green chillies and 5-6 crispy fried brown onions adding just a bit of water. Add this paste in the kadhai and fry on high for 4 minutes. Next close the lid turning flame to low for 12 minutes checking in between.
– Now add in 3/4th cup fresh cream and 1 tsp garam masala powder. Give it a good mix on low flame and close the lid on low flame for 4-5 minutes. Garnish with roasted crushed kasoori methi.
