Raw Banana Kheer (Vrat Special)

Ingredients:
* Raw banana – peeled & grated
* Ghee
* Almonds
* Cashews
* Raisins
* Milk
* Saffron soaked in warm milk
* Desi khaand (organic cane sugar)

Method:
1. Prepare Dry Fruits
* Heat ghee in a pan and roast almonds & cashews until golden.
* Add raisins, sauté briefly, and set aside.
2. Cook the Banana
* In the same pan, add a little more ghee.
* Add grated banana and cook well until soft and fragrant.
3. Make the Kheer Base
* In a kadhai, boil milk.
* Add saffron milk, roasted nuts, and the cooked banana.
* Mix well and let it simmer.
4. Sweeten the Kheer
* Add desi khaand and stir until it dissolves completely.
* Cook for a few more minutes until the kheer thickens slightly.
5. Serve
* Garnish with saffron strands or nuts and serve hot or chilled.
