**Ingredients**
**For Chicken Marination**
– 1 kg Country Chicken (Natu Kodi)
– 1/3 cup Curd
– Salt (as needed)

#### **For Masala Paste**
– 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
– 1/4 cup Fresh Coconut
– 1 tbsp Melon Seeds
– 2 tbsp Cashews
– 3 Green Chilies
*(Grind all the above into a smooth paste.)*

#### **For Curry**
– 1/3 cup Oil
– 3 Green Cardamoms
– 4 Cloves
– 1.5-inch Cinnamon Stick
– 1 Bay Leaf
– 2 sprigs Curry Leaves
– 1 cup Onion (chopped)
– 2 Green Chilies (slit)
– 2 Tomatoes (chopped)
– 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
– Salt (to taste)
– 1.5 tbsp Coriander Powder
– 2 tbsp Chili Powder
– 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
– 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
– 750 ml Water
– Fresh Coriander Leaves (for garnish)
