  1. Sure. A "sweet (keto approved) keto shake" that could possibly stimulate the sweet tooth to set up the body to start craving sweets. Just add to salad, eat guacamole etc. to avoid a temptation especially if you haven't depleted the body of all sugar.

  2. Just be careful with the Stevia packets. So many have added Maltodextrin and or Dextrose, Dextrin. Bad, bad, bad. Will cause huge insulin spike. Almost twice as much as regular sugar. It should just be stevia, but so many add as it is cheaper.
