60 g melted butter

8”x4” Loaf pan
Baking time is 30 minutes
200C/400F

  1. I just baked this. It is divine! I am eating some now with slathers of butter. I am ketovore and I have been searching for just this bread for 2 years. Next I am having almond or peanut butter on it. then grilled cheese. A++ Thank you!. I am thinking of ways to expand. Have you tried it with allulose and cocoa? Or nuts? Amazing

  3. I don't typically try loaf bread, but this looks easy enough! Do you suppose it would hold up if I added cinnamon and raisins? That would be the only thing to entice me to make my own loaf bread. Thank you for the recipe!
