  1. For Quesadillas, don't bother with a tortilla. Just spread a good amount of the shredded cheese in the pan and fry it until it crisps up on the outside, then fill and fold. Most store bought low carb tortillas are a lie and actually contain a ton of carbs, but just going with straight up cheese works and it's actually better tasting.

  2. The sloppy joe, to get closer is the ketchup, the sugar free brown sugar, and a squirt of mustard, Idk about cheese. Then I would make a 90 sec bread in the dash waffle maker. Then when you serve, but a little sugar free relish and another yellow mustard squirt. Try also where you smash the meat onto the tortillas, it takes it up such a notch and then you can make a few and they reheat great in the airfryer. thanks for the video

  3. why do you drain the goodness out of the mince? just cook it a bit longer till its dry – frying real onions in olive oil with the mince would have been much tastier. I am also shocked living as I do in darkest Africa – that someone in a 1st world country is counting fat and CALORIES in 2025!!! It is proven now that SUGAR is the problem in weight gain. Only SUGAR – sugar in the carbs and in the low fat stuff – so get rid of the sweet tooth, avoid low fat rubbish food, and eat from the fresh food isle and pasture raised beef and organic chicken etc., Forget sugarless tomato stuff you used – have you checked the label for the other chemicals they put in so that you think the sauce is sweet???? Just saying. I got excited when your vid popped up, but no thanks anyway

  4. You can do it. I began eating keto at age 63 to get my A1C down. In 6 months, all my numbers were back to normal, including blood pressure, and I had lost 40 pounds, which was all that was necessary. I've been sticking with it for several years, adding scrumptious new recipes such as yours today. Thank you.

  5. There's no salt at all added? Love the idea of these recipes, but I would need to incorporate veggies. Onions, peppers 🫑, fresh garlic. And EVERYTHING needs salt to bring out the natural flavors. But great ideas for keto recipes 😊 Thank you ❤

  6. Great recipes! Just a little FYI though, sugar free doesn't necessarily mean "carbohydrate free" for those like me who are trying to reverse fatty liver and prediabetes and are limited to 20 grams of carbs per day. Just be aware and careful of that when calculating your carbs to stay under that magic number of 20. Otherwise, like the Carl's Jr commercials say, "Without Dave, some guys (like me) would starve… or eat fast food junk all the time.

  7. Love this! If you want to cook something delicious, but just don't want to fuss, you really can make something yummy. Thanks.

I changed phones and lost my history, so I haven't seen you in a while. You look thinner. Nice to see you in your new kitchen.

Glad to hear you talking about your health. It's a hard switch to make, but Teflon pans are so bad for your health. They release toxic fumes into the air as soon as they're heated up. 😮 I pet a good clean pan company would sponsor you. You have to use more oil, but 100% grass fed tallow and butter are actually quite good for you as long as you're eating a lot of food vegetables! The fat is less of a problem than we used to think.

  8. Anything with ground beef and I’m in. All quik and simple. For the chilli, know you’re sticking to 3 ingredients. I’m type 2 diabetic, and I don’t follow a strictly keto diet, but low carb. So for me, I’d add about 1/8 cup of sf pork and beans. Or some black beans. Gives a more chilli taste. And adds much needed fibre. Of course this will be slightly more carbs for someone on strict keto.
