  1. I don't get why you would add erythritol – a) It's an artificial sweetner b) It's GMO cornstarch (and it is used as an insecticide). There are better keto sweetners for the sweet and salt dip, surely?

  2. Sarme: you can do this with sauer kraut (cabbage), and add bacon, sausage or smoked ham in the filling, or/and between those. With water added to cover the pot bottom (not to be burned) cook them for 1-3hrs, appx. You might want to leave the ginger out. Enjoy
