Keto Smoothies
Ingredients for Kiwi-Green Apple Smoothie:
Kiwi (sliced) 1 cup
Green apple (cubes) 1 cup
Greek yogurt 1 cup
Coconut water 1 cup
Ice cubes as required

Ingredients for Strawberry and Mint Smoothie:
Strawberries (Sliced) 1 cup
Greek yogurt 1 cup
Mint leaves 1/4 cup
Ice cubes as required
Low fat milk 1 cup

Ingredients for Chocolate and Avocado Smoothie:
Chocolate protein powder 2 scoops
Avocado 1 cup
Low fat milk 1 cup
Greek yogurt 1 cup
Ice cubes as required

Directions for Kiwi-Green Apple Smoothie Preparation:
1. In a blender add kiwi, green apple, greek yogurt, coconut water, ice cubes and blend well. your Kiwi-Green Apple Smoothie is ready.
Directions for Strawberry and Mint Smoothie Preparation:
1. In a blender add strawberries, green yogurt, mint leaves, ice cubes, low fat milk and blend well. Your Chocolate and Avocado Smoothie is ready.
Directions for Chocolate and Avocado Smoothie Preparation:
2. In a blender add chocolate protein powder, avocado, low fat milk, greek yogurt, ice cubes and blend well. Your Chocolate and Avocado Smoothie is ready.

  1. You used low fat milk, more coconut water that’s not keto friendly at all and if a person who is on strict Keto can jump out of ketosis.. one Kiwi has 12g of net carb and a medium apple has 17g of net carbs. Either change the label or post correct recipes with correct info

  2. *Keto is a high fat and high protein diet, you have used Low Fat Milk which is not allowed in keto.
    *Apples and kiwi are high in sugar, hence not allowed in Keto so another wrong recipe.

    Please do not post anything related to weight loss or diet without thorough investigation and research. It can mess up people’s health who are on keto.
