1 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 teaspoon fresh garlic, finely chopped
12 ounce zucchini
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoon fresh parsley, for garnish

Tonight I made bacon, broccoli and cauliflower and mozzarella cheese. So GOOOOOOD! put the veggies in the microwave for a quick steam. Fried the bacon pieces. When brown added the veggies, pepper, mozzarella and pigged out!!
