These keto steamed bao buns are light and have a sweetness to them that pairs perfectly with Asian cuisine. There are two options available for this recipe. If you prefer to not roll out the dough, do add only 4 tablespoons of coconut flour to the batter, spoon 2 tablespoons into your mold, 1 tablespoon of the cooked filling, then ad about 1 tablespoon of the batter on top, then steam as per the instructions in the recipe.

BUN INGREDIENTS:
180g or 5 Egg Whites (you can add cooked egg yolks to the fillings)
10g/1 tbsp Avocado Oil
56g/8 tbsp Coconut Flour
10g/1 tbsp Sweetener
4g/1 tsp Baking Powder
2g/½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Xanthan Gum

OPTIONAL FILLING INGREDIENTS:
250g Ground Pork or Chicken
13g/¼ cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
3g/½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper
2g/1 tsp Garlic Powder
18g/1 tbsp Tamari or Low Carb Soy Sauce
Pinch of Sweetener
1 Egg
