  1. Just attempted this and knew soon as added butter to flour mix & pulse blend it made more doughy bits than any crumbling. However carried on and at the end when tried to fold in whites, really struggled to conform together and could see bits of dry bits in the mix,not streaks tho. And like you said it will bake with flour bits in bread something like that. I'm baking it anyway and will report back. Just so frustrating when u do everything to a video and batter doesn't look the same etc.

  2. A year into the Ketosphere I have learned that it's the most dishonest place I've ever experienced. Everything… literally e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g. you make with coconut flour tastes strongly of coconut. 100% of recipes I've made with coconut flour taste like coconut. Every Keto content creator who says you can't taste coconut is a liar. A LIAR Perhaps there's some mass delusion I have not yet fallen victim to, but NO I don't just have a "particular sensitivity to the taste of coconut." It's all distinctly, overtly, strongly flavoured of coconut. Sorry… but when I ate real bread I never added sprinkled coconut on a tunafish sandwich, or my garlic bread, or my morning toast. STOP LYING.

  3. Do you have a recipe with cassava flour? I am not able to use almond flour because of the lectins. I typically use cassava and coconut flour combo for keto pancake. I understand cassava is higher carb but I cannot consume almond flour. Other nut flours are a bit too flavorful for breads. Thanks!

  4. Wow. So well explained and entertaining. Well done!
Now, I have tried this kind of bread, and I didn't like it at all. It tastes and has a texture like a savory cake.
Maybe it'll grow on me, who knows.

  5. Any way to make this bread with yeast and still use same ingredients you use? I’m trying to get a higher even fluffier bread and yours looks so good was just wondering if adding yeast and proofing might help it rise a bit more. Just not sure if that will counteract to the baking powder or not. Please let me know your thoughts.
