Khato Lot

Ingredients:
Curd – 1+1/2 Cup ( Little Sour or One day Older)
Hing – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Salt to taste
1/8 tsp – Turmeric Powder
Ginger Chilli Paste – 2 tbsp
Water – 1 Cup
Method:
Take a Bowl and Mix above all the things with blender then take

Garlic – 1 Clove Grated

Add in the above Mixture then add

Rice Flower – 1 Cup

Again blend Properly

Tadka :
Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves- 8-10 no
Garlic- 1 Clove Grated
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Water – 3 Cup
Method : Make a Tadka and then add Water and Let Boil Properly then add above Mixture and Mix Continously and Then Close the Lid , Cook till 7-8 Min and then add Coriander Chopped
Mix and Switch off the Flame and Close the Lid and use after 5-6 Min

Serve Hot. Drizzle Little Peanut Oil and Sprinkle Some Achaar Masala.
