KILLER PORK ASADO | EASIEST PORK ASADO RECIPE!!!
This is my very delicious version of pork asado.
INGREDIENTS
-chopped 3pcs onions
-chopped 1head garlic
-2-3Kilos pork
-1Tbsp salt
-ground black pepper
-2/3cup soy sauce
-2/3cup oyster sauce
-2/3cup dark brown sugar
-1pc star anise

I have never tried cooking in my lifetime… but after somehow finding this channel, na-engganyo ako… looks so easy – almost similar steps, pero iba-iba ang lasa and end products… and the videos are short and succinct – walang mahabang dakdakan at unnecessary footages – direct to the point parati. Maraming salamat po! At least, I learned to cook and my family members are quite happy with the results. Was able to tick one of my bucket list items (magluto!).
As an alternative to brown sugar, do you think it's fine to use white sugar?

Nadagdagan ko po siya ng Worcestershire sauce, tapos laurel leaves naman po pinang-substitute ko para sa star anise. Napasarap po kain ng mga kasama ko 😅😂❤️
