Recipe:

5-6 Cups of Cooked Rice (short grain if you can).
1 Cup of Chopped Kimchi
1/4 of a Cup of Reserved Kimchi Juice.
1/4 Cup of Chopped Onions 🧅
1/2 Lbs of Sliced Pork Belly
1 Tbsp of Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp of Minced Garlic 🧄
4 Tbsp of Gochujang Korean Red Chili Paste.
1 Tbsp of Gochugaru Korean Chili Flakes 🌶️🔥
2 Tbsp of Chopped Scallions

Toppings & Garnishes

Sunny side eggs 🍳
Sesame Oil
Sesame Seeds
Toasted Seaweed
