Kolkata Rice Phirni Recipe:-
INGREDIENTS:-
1/2 cup Basmati rice (30 mins Soaked),
1 tbsp Ghee,
1/4 inch Cinnamon,
1 tbsp Custard powder,
1 litre full-fat milk,
1/2 cup Sugar,
1 pinch salt,
½ tsp cardamom powder,
4–5 strands Saffron,
For Garnishing,
Crushed Pista, Saffron

    1/2 Cup Basmati Rice,
    1 Litre full-fat Milk,
    1/2 Cup Sugar,
    1 tbsp Custard Powder,
    1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder,
    1/4 Inch Cinnamon,
    1 tbsp Ghee,
    5 strands Saffron..

    Soak the rice for 30 mins, drain the water, dry the rice and make it to a powder..

    Kolkata Phirni Making Process:

    Take a bowl, add prepared rice flour, 1/4 Cup Milk, Custard powder, mix well, keep aside for 5 mins,,

    Place a pan in stove, add ghee, cinnamon, milk, let it boil, saffron, cardamom powder, mix well, cook for 10 mins, add 1 pinch salt, rice milk mixture, cook for 10 mins, add sugar, cook for 5-10 mins, garnish with saffron strands and crushed pista,,

    Serve the delicious Kolkata Phirni…
