✅Ingredients
• 2 pounds flank steak
• ⅓ cup soy sauce
• ¼ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
• 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
• ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
• ½ teaspoon ground ginger
• 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
• ½ cup sliced green onions
✅Instructions
1️⃣ Cut flank steak against the grain into thin strips against the grain. Cut it as thin as you can and place the strips in a small mixing bowl.
2️⃣ In the small mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame seeds, sesame oil, garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, ginger, and oyster sauce.
3️⃣ Mix the meat strips with the spices until well coated. Let marinade for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
4️⃣ After marinating, heat a large heavy skillet or wok over high heat. Pour the meat in with the marinade and cook on high until meat is cooked through. This should take less than 5 minutes.
5️⃣ Serve hot by itself or over rice and top with green onions.

Que deliciosa receta😋
I tried the recipe (left out the oyster sauce) and it was so tasty! Thanks
New subscriber here. Came across this video when researching Beef Bulgogi. It looks amazing and I'll try it, but I think I'll add red pepper flakes for a little zing to offset the sweetness of all that sugar.
I'm Diabetic so I take out the Brown. Sugar.
That's not korean style and you eat like japanese
I made this recipe for the first time a year ago and have made it ever since. I’ve done it with flank steak and chicken. It is a family favorite now. I share it with friends all the time. Thank you for this recipe!!
Red pepper powder is never added to beef bulgogi. I wonder where the misinformation came from. For Koreans, adding red pepper powder to beef bulgogi is surprising. this is wrong recipe~~~!!
I've made this multiple times, it's so good
I just tried it today and OH MY GOSH, it is SOO good. Bulgogi is now a part of my regular menu. Thanks so much for this recipe.
I mix my marinade first then layer the meat piece by piece on top of each other, I am half Korean and watched my relatives.
Made this twice. My family loves it!👍👍💕💕
I made this recipe last night using chicken. It was so good! Definitely will be making it again and again. I didn’t marinate it like the recipe called for and it was still so good. I can’t wait to make it again!
Awesome Looks Good Will Try To Make 🇰🇷🤘😊🤘🇺🇸
Just when you think you have all the ingredients… :::Off to the store, damnit!::
So you substitute red pepper paste(Gochujang) for chili flacks?….you can easily get the real stuff at any asian food market.
Can you leave the sesame seeds out?
What I like about this channel is that the recipes are presented clearly and are fun to watch without having to suffer through the host's "personality" and other nonsense that you see on a lot of other channels. Thank you!
Is it spicy?
So cute little girl 😍😍
Thank you for this demo, I made it for dinner tonight and it was awesome.
No nashi pear ?
Looks delicious TFS
Hmm! I always thought bulgogi beef had Asian pear in it, which is sometimes hard to find at my local market. This looks like a great version!
Made this tonight and it was delicious, fast, and easy! I used sirloin as that was what I had and marinated for more like 3 hours…so yummy. The only thing I wish is that there was more sause but still a new family favorite perfect for week nights.
Made this for dinner and it was GREAT, thank you!
I love your videos your are right to the point and show exactly how to do it! Thank you for helping out! And great dinner ideas.
Another great recipe, thank you for sharing….I am intrigued with the charcoal grill version. A Smoke and Umami Bomb!

My friends ! It looks so delicious. Your cooking skills are amazing. Thank you for the good food.😍🧡
Aww thanks for sharing the recipe! I put pureed apples and onions in the sauce because it tenderizes the meat.
What kind of beef is used?
