INGREDIENTS
4 white bread sandwich rolls (or bread of choice)
8 oz (227 g) softened cream cheese
2 Tbsp (25 g) sugar
INGREDIENTS FOR GARLIC BUTTER SAUCE
1 stick (113 g) softened unsalted butter
1 large egg (room temperature)
3 Tbsp (42 g) mayonnaise
1 tsp (5 g) sugar
1 Tbsp (10 g) crushed garlic
1 Tbsp lightly dried parsley
.75 oz (42 g) grated parmesan cheese
*Bake @ 350º F / 176º C for 15 to 20 minutes

Just made some Korean cheese-stuffed potato pancakes earlier, and I loved those.
Garlic is probably my absolute favorite flavor, so I have to make this.
