Ingredients
400g-500g Wild Red shrimp, tail on -peeled and deveined

Buldak sauce –
1 tbsp Sesame oil
3 tbsp Gochujang paste
1/2 tbsp Gochugaru
1 tsp Onion granules
1 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Garlic, minced
20ml Hot water

Mozzarella, grated
Spring onion greens, finely sliced

Method
Step 1 – In a bowl, add all of the ingredients for the buldak sauce, mix well to combine.

Step 2 – In an oven proof pan on medium heat, add the sauce, bring to a light boil, then turn the heat down and simmer until it thickens slightly. Add the shrimp and sauté until cooked through, 4-5 minutes.

Step 3 – Remove from the pan from the heat, top with mozzarella and pop under the grill on high heat until the cheese is bubbly. Garnish with spring onion greens and serve with rice! Enjoy
